HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The year 2010 is off to a great start. We completed 2 major projects including exterior painting and new community slurry coat. We also converted our 3 pools to salt water. We want you to know that we are committed to maintaining the quality apartment living you deserve and your satisfaction is our top priority.

Have you utilized any of the newer community amenities such as the clubhouse or new fitness center? We encourage you to use these features as they were created with you in mind.  The clubhouse has a a chef's kitchen, conference room and TV.  We will be adding a Nintendo Wii in the near future as well!  Please stop by the office to tour it and make your reservation. 

Did you also know that you can place your own classified ad on this site if you are a resident?  If you want to sell all of that old junk in your garage, just place an ad.  Once we approve your ad we will put it up on our website.  Please call the office for more details or go on line.

Please note that we need your updated phone numbers and e-mail addresses. This will help us better communicate if and when necessary. You may call the leasing office and we can update your information over the phone. You can also drop off with your next months rent. We appreciate your prompt assistance and cooperation.
